A Customer Service philosophy is a mindset from the core of our company. Our priority is to provide the highest level of customer service. Make sure when you have an emergency situation, there is someone on the other end of the line ready to respond in a calm voice, and is understanding and caring.
We know plumbing and drain emergencies are unexpected most of the time and complicated. We have 24 hours 7 days a week customer service representative ready to take your call. We also have emergency plumbing crews prepared to handle the toughest emergency drain situation.
We provide training for our dispatchers:
- Make sure the person on the other is not in danger.
- Talk in a calm, clear voice. Give clear, step by step instructions if necessary.
- Listen attentively to the message conveyed by the client, pass the message on to the crew.
- Stay as long on the line as it is necessary.
We provide customer service training to our plumbing emergency crews as well:
-Respect to the personal space, feelings, and property, treat you and your home with respect and consideration, as it is their own.
